So there's this guy, that I'm sure you've already of, named Chip Saltsman and he's running to be chairman of the Republican National Committee. So as a Christmas gift to members, he thought it would be a great idea to send out a CD with songs like “The Star-Spanglish Banner", "Wright Place, Wrong Pastor", and of course, "Barack the Magic Negro". He defends it, calling it satire. Leave satire to comedians like Steve Colbert, Rush Limbaugh (he's a comedian, right?), and John Stewart. Did this guy honestly think this was a good idea? Did he not think he would catch flack for this? These are serious times in America and we need serious people on both sides of the aisle to get to work. I'm not one to say what the RNC needs to do to remain a valuable part of the system, but this is definitely not it. This makes them all look like fools, especially if they pick this guy. I get it, he's sad that Barack Obama is president, and maybe a little stunned that a predominately white country would elect a black man, but the election was nearly 2 months ago, get over it. You are only hurting yourself and your party.
